Comprehensive application with packet including Company rules, regulations, Safety rules, Personal and job experience information.

Screening process includes background check, criminal history and job experience.

Each prospective employee is interviewed by our management team.

Each prospective employee must sign a waiver at the time he/she fills out the information with Capital C & I services, Inc. to perform a drug test as part of our hiring process.
